Call for Papers: Upcoming Issues of "Til zhane kogam" Journal (2026)

Dear Researchers and Colleagues,

The international peer-reviewed journal "Til zhane kogam" (published by the "Sh. Shayakhmetov Til-Qazyna National Scientific and Practical Center" NJSC) invites submissions of original, high-quality research manuscripts for its 2026 issues.

Thematic Areas:

• Linguistics and Artificial Intelligence: Large Language Models (LLM) for the Kazakh language, computational linguistics, NLP, and digital humanities;
• Kazakh Terminology & Specialized Lexicography: modern tendencies, standardization, and terminology development;
• Language Pedagogy & Methodology: standardization, assessment, and certification of Kazakh as a state and second language;
• Sociolinguistics and cross-cultural communication in the modern world.

The journal follows a **Diamond Open Access** model — publication is **free of charge (no APCs)** for authors. All accepted papers are assigned an official **Crossref DOI**. High-impact papers may be eligible for an author honorarium.
